Tawang – The area of the district is approximately 2,084-sq-kms bounded by Tibet in the North, Bhutan in the Southwest and Sela ranges separate West Kameng district in the East. Tawang, hanging at a height of over 10,000 ft, is world-renowned for its 400-year-old Buddhist Monastery, one of the biggest in India.

Pasighat – Pasighat is the oldest and beautiful town of Arunachal Pradesh established in 1911. And at the moment Pasighat is the headquarter of the East Siang district.

Zero/Ziro – The 5755 ft. (1,780m) high town is almost a level valley bounded on all sides by pine-clad low stooping hills. This beautiful area, also called Apatani Plateau, it’s well-known for Paddy-cum-Fish culture.
Haflong – This is a newest and charming hill station, While Shillong Hill is out of the state of Assam, a new hill emerges, at 680m high, Upper Haflong.

Pelling - The laid back, charming, but rapidly swelling settlement of Pelling, situated 2,000m above sea level only 2-km beyond Pemayangtse, looks north towards the glaciers and peaks of Kanchenjunga.
